• Suo Motu Actions: TG-RERA initiates proceedings against developers who advertise or sell without mandatory registration.
• Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR): Registered projects must submit quarterly updates on construction progress and financial status.

How to File a Complaint with TG-RERA?

Homebuyers in Telangana can file complaints against developers through the TG-RERA portal at complaints-rera.telangana.gov.in. Use Form M for complaints before the Authority and Form N for compensation claims before the Adjudicating Officer. The filing fee is Rs. 1,000 for individual complainants.
