Types of TG-RERA Orders
The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG-RERA) and the bodies set up under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 issue four kinds of orders. This page groups all 1,176 orders held in the TG Verified database by type.
- Authority orders (1,107): orders passed by the Authority on complaints filed in Form M, including regular, interim, penalty and interlocutory orders.
- Adjudicating Officer orders (25): compensation and penalty cases decided under Section 71 of the Act (complaints filed in Form N).
- Suo Motu orders (26): proceedings TG-RERA starts on its own against developers, typically for advertising or selling projects without registration.
- REAT orders (18): appeal orders (T.A. No.) and interlocutory applications (I.A. No.) of the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Telangana.
