SPECIAL CIRCULAR-I
Sub: TG RERA – Request for Time Extension for submission of QPR's for
March 2026 Quarter from Real Estate Associations - After careful
examination, extended for Submission - Reg.
Ref: TG RERA - Circular No 629/TG RERA/2024 Dt: 18.03.2025
It has COme to the notice of the Authority through multiple
representations and letters received from various Real Estate promoters
associations and stakeholders of the real estate sector that additional time is
being sought for the submission of Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) -
Q4 for the quarter ending March 2026, as mandated under Circular No.
629/TG RERA/2024, Dt 18.03.2025 issued by TG RERA, on the grounds
of:
a) That the quarterly periodical report for the quarter ending March 2026
(Q4) corresponds to the end of the financial year. As the Honble

3. After careful consideration, the Authority has decided to provide a
one-time extension for the filing of QPRs for the March 2026 quarter
(04), giving Revised Due Date for OPR (04) Submission is
31.05.2026.
4. This extension is granted as a special measure and should not be
construed as a precedent for futurc submissions. All promoters are
advised to make use of this extended timelinë and ensure that QPRs
are submitted accurately and in accordance with the prescribed
formats under Rule 14(1)(c) of the Telangana Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Rules,2017.
5. Failure to comply with the extended deadline for March 2026 Quarter
(Q4) may attract penalties as per the provisions of Section 61 of the
Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and delay fee
as per circular II - 629/TG RERA/2024, Dt 18.03.2025.
6. This circular shall be deemed to have immediate effect.
