It is informed that the Authority, in its meeting held on 21.01.2026,
has approved the levy of a prescribed fee for processing applications seeking
change of the designated separate bank accounts (Three Bank Accounts) of
registered real estate projects and also decided to impose late fee in cases
where such change has been effected without prior approval of the Authority,
as detailed below:
