FOR THE ATTENTION OF
PROMOTERS OF REAL ESTATE PROJECTS
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Telangana State has
issued the following directions for compliance by all concerned
Under Section 37 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
Act 2016.
1. “Advertisement of Real Estate Projects in the prospectus, print
media, hoardings or any other visual medium shall mention the “
Competent Authorities PROJECT PERMIT NUMBER” and
“REGISTRATION NUMBER” in the Top RIGHT CORNER WITH
FONT SIZE EQUAL OR LARGER THAN THE FONT THE FONT SIZE
used for the project contact details & address of the advertisement.

2. In advertisements on FM Radio or through Electronic
Media and SMS, the Registration Number issued by TS RERA along
