9 and 10 of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act 2016 which are

I/We will not facilitate the sale or offer for sale or market or booking or facilitate
for booking, invite person/s for purchase in any manner whatsoever any plot, apartment,
building/unit as the case may be in any unregistered real estate project/s with TG-RERA
or part of it being sold by the promoter in the project (project not having TG-RERA
Registration, Approvals & Sanction proceeding Number from Planning Authority
or Competent Authority i.e. local body).
1.I/We will not be involved in any unfair trade practices, namely—

The practice of making any statement, whether orally or in writing or by
visible representation which:
A. Falsely represents that the services are of particular standard or grade
B. Represents that the promoter or himself has approval or affiliation
which such promoter or himself doesn’t have
C. Makes a false or misleading representation concerning the services
Permitting the publication of any advertisement whether in any
newspaper or otherwise of services that are not intended to be offered.

2. I/We will facilitate the possession of all the information and documents, as the allottee
is entitled to, at the time of booking of any plot, apartment or building, as the case may
be
3. I/We will maintain and preserve such books of account, records and documents as may
be prescribed under Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act 2016 read with
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Rules 2017

4. I/We will inform the allottees about the duties and responsibilities of Real Estate Agent
as mandated in Section 10 of RE(R&D) Act 2016 at the time of booking of unit.
5. I/We will inform the allottees about the duties and responsibilities of promoter as
mentioned in Sections 3 to 18 of RE (R&D) Act,2016 at the time of booking of unit.
6. I/We will facilitate the allottees to deposit the amount in the “Collection Account of the
Project” as per the Circular 1558/TG RERA/2024 Dt.09.09.2024 to be maintained by
the Promoter.
7. I/We facilitate the promoter/developer, to ensure for Advertisement of Real Estate
Projects in the prospectus, print media, hoardings or any other visual media to mention
the “Competent Authorities Project Permit Number” and RERA Registration
Number along with Website address of TG RERA” as given in Form-C at the "TOP
RIGHT CORNER" of advertisement with the Font size equal or Larger than the Font
size used of the project contact details and address of the advertisement.
8. I/We will discharge such other functions as prescribed and as may be prescribed from
time to time by this Authority.
9. I/We hereby solemnly affirm and declare that the statement made in this affidavit is true
and correct to the best of my knowledge and I will abide by all the Rules and
Regulations prescribed under TG RERA Act 2016.
10.I/We further declare that, in case of violations of any provision of Act and Rules noticed
from my end, I may be prosecuted and liable for penalty under section 62 of Telangana
Real Estate (Regulations and Development Act 20160
