CIRCULAR

As per the section 11(1) (b) to (e) of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016, read with Rule 14(1) (c) of the Telangana Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, it is the duty of the promoter to submit
the quarterly progress reports to TG RERA authority within 15 days from the end
of each quarter.
2. It is noticed that some of the promoters are not submitting the quarterly
progress reports and some are submitting after the stipulated period
provided under the RE (R&D) Rules, 2017. As per the Act, if any promoter
contravenes the provisions of the Act will be liable to pay the penalty up to
5% of the estimated cost of the project as per section 61 of the RE (R & D)
Act, 2016.
3. In view of the above, all the promoters are hereby informed to submit their
pending quarterly progress reports by end of June, 2024, failing which the
Authority will be constrained to impose penalty under section 61 of the RE
(R&D) Act, 2016 without any further notice.
