and consumer/allottee are within the frame work of RE (R & D) Act, Rules &
Regulations made there under.
Regarding the same, I hereby submit this Affidavit declaring the same.
If any information/conditions regarding the same are found inconsistent with the
provisions of the RE (R & D) Act, Rules & Regulations made there under, the same are
deemed to be invalid.
