RECTIFICATION ORDER
This Authority has passed Order dated 05.09.2024 in the captioned
matter giving following directions:
“For contravention section 11 & 14 of the RE(R&D) Act, the Authority
exercising its powers under Section 60 & 61 of the RE(R&D) Act, imposes
a penalty on Respondent 1 of Rs. 27,50,00/-. The amount is payable in
favor of TGRERA FUND through a Demand Draft or online payment to A/c
No. 50100595798191, HDFC Bank, IFSC Code: HDFC0007036, within
30 days of receipt of this Order by the Respondents/Promoter.”

However, it has come to the Authority’s notice that an inadvertent

typographical error occurred in the said Order dated 05.09.2024, wherein the
penalty amount was erroneously mentioned as Rs.27,50,00/-. Accordingly,
the relevant direction stands rectified as below:

“For contravention section 11 & 14 of the RE(R&D) Act, the Authority
exercising its powers under Section 60 & 61 of the RE(R&D) Act, imposes
a penalty on the Respondent No.1 of Rs.27,50,000/- (Rupees TwentySeven Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only). The amount is payable in favor of
TGRERA FUND through a Demand Draft or online payment to A/c No.
50100595798191, HDFC Bank, IFSC Code: HDFC0007036, within 30
days of receipt of this Order by the Respondent No.1/Promoter.”

The parties are hereby informed to comply with the rectified Order as

stipulated above.
