This Complaints have been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “RE(R&D)Act”) read with Rule 34(1) of
the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as
the “Rules”) seeking orders to direct the respondent to refund the amount paid by
them(Complainants) respectively.

The present matter filed by the Complainants mentioned herein above came up for

hearing on 05.02.2026 before this Authority in the presence of the Complainants. During the
course of hearing, the Complainants submitted a memo seeking withdrawal of the complaints on
the ground that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.

The Complainants has filed memos dated 05.02.2026, seeking withdrawal of the present

Complaints. It is submitted that the Respondent has agreed to and had followed through with the
resolution of the issues raised in the Complaints. Specifically, the Respondent has registered the
flats.
4.

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal and the submissions made by the

Complainants, the present complaints stands disposed of as withdrawn.
5.

No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is

accordingly closed
