WHEREAS, on the last date of hearing dated 07.02.2024, the
complainant submitted that in the captioned complaint, the matter has been
settled between the parties, and the complainant respectively wishes to
withdraw the complaint as the subject unit is completed, and the Respondent
has handed over possession to the complainant and submitted the application
for withdrawal.

In view of the aforementioned withdrawn application, it is hereby

ordered that the matter be, and is hereby, dismissed as withdrawn.
