The captioned matter filed by the Complainant above named came up for
hearing on 18.10.2023 and 14.11.2023 before this Authority in the presence of the
Complainant in person, and Authorized Representative of the Respondent
Company, and upon hearing the arguments of both the parties, this Authority
passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read
with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules,
2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) requesting appropriate action against
the Respondent Builder.

The Complainant, on 14.11.2023 submitted an Affidavit executed on

13.11.2023 stating that the Respondent Company had executed Agreement of Sale
dated 06.04.2022 in favour of the Complainant for sale of property of Plot Nos.50,
51, 52, 53, 54, 55, adm. 1600 sq. yds. In R.S. No.519/P, 521/P, 522/P, 523/P,

529/P, situated at Akuthotapalli G.P. & Village, Amanagallu Mdl. R.R. Dist. and
that the same agreement of Sale was cancelled mutually. Further, that the
Respondent Builder has made total repayment of the advance amount received
from the Complainant and that the transaction is completed without any pending
claims. Therefore, he sought to withdraw the present Complaint. The same is taken
on record and the matter is disposed of the said terms.
