The present matter filed by the Complainants mentioned herein above came up for
hearing before this Authority in on 26.03.2026, and upon hearing the submissions, this
Authority proceeds to pass the following ORDER:

This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as
the “Rules”) seeking appropriate action against the Respondent.

The Complainant has filed a memo dated 02.03.2026, seeking withdrawal of the
present Complaint. It is submitted that the Respondent has agreed to handover the possession
of the Complainant’s flat in the East Wing Tower 2. The Complainant has further stated that
he is satisfied with the resolution and does not wish to pursue the matter any further.

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal memo and the submissions made by the
Complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
5.
No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is
accordingly closed.
