The present matter filed by the Complainant herein came up for hearing on
21.09.2023, 05.10.2023 & 08.11.2023 before this Authority in the presence of the
Complainant

in

person

(virtually),

and

Authorized

Representative

of

the

Respondent Company, and upon hearing the arguments of both the parties, this
Authority passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read
with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules,
2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) requesting appropriate action against
the Respondent Builder wherein he prayed to direct the Respondent to refund the
amounts paid towards the purchase of the Flat No. HY-CA2-2-X-0819-XX in
“Brigade Citadel”.

The parties were heard, and the Complainant, on 08.11.2023 categorically

submitted that the parties have come to an amicable settlement and that no claim

remains against the Respondent Builder and thereby requested this Authority to
close the present Complaint. The same is taken on record and the matter is
disposed of the said terms.
