The present Complaint, filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as
"the Rules"), was taken up for consideration by this Authority on 25.06.2024. The
Complainant was present in person; however, the Respondent remained absent despite due
notice.

The Complainant submitted that the matter has been amicably settled to her

satisfaction by the Respondent and, accordingly, she does not wish to pursue the complaint
any further.

In light of the submission made by the Complainant, this Authority finds it

appropriate to permit the withdrawal of the complaint.
4.

In view of the foregoing and taking into account the Withdrawal letter dated

22.06.2024 placed on record, the present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
