This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “RE(R&D) Act”) read with Rule 34(1)
of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred
to as the “Rules”) alleging violation of various provisions of RE(R&D) Act by the
Respondents.

The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for
hearing on 27.01.2026 before this Authority in the presence of the Complainant. During the
course of hearing, the Complainant submitted a memo seeking withdrawal of the complaint
on the ground that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.

The Complainant has now filed a memo dated 19.01.2026, seeking permission to
withdraw the present Complaint, submitting that the Respondent has during the pendency of
the present complaint refunded the entire amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to him and that the matter
has been resolved amicably.
4.
In view of the aforementioned withdrawal memo and the submissions made by the
Complainant, the present complaint is permitted to be withdrawn by the Complainant and the
complaint stands disposed as withdrawn.
5.
No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is
accordingly closed.
