The captioned matter filed by the Complainant above named came up for
hearing on 18.06.2024 and 09.07.2024 before this Authority in the presence of the
Complainant in person and Authorized Representative of the Respondent Company
upon hearing the arguments, this Authority passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read
with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules,
2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) seeking appropriate reliefs against the
Respondent.

The Complainant and Respondent submitted Memo on 09.07.2024 that

matter has been amicably settled between the parties and Respondent has registered
the Plot No.72 to an extent of 182.2 sq. yds. in favour of the Complainant vide Sale

Deed bearing Document No.9086/2024 at Farooq Nagar Sub-Registrar Office. A copy
of the Sale Deed along with the Settlement Memos dated 09.07.2024 have been taken
on record.

In line of the above-mentioned Memos dated 09.07.2024 filed by the

Complainant & the Respondent, the present complaint stands disposed of as settled.
