The present matter filed by the Complainant herein came up for hearing on
26.09.2023 before this Authority in the presence of Counsel for the Respondent
Builder, and none for the Complainant, this Authority passes the following
ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read
with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules,
2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) requesting appropriate action against
the Respondent Builder for not completing the Villa in the Project titled “Golden
County” situated at Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District,
Telangana, registered vide Regn No.P02200000242 before this Authority.

That on 13.02.2023, the Respondent Builder filed a Memo submitting that

the Complainants have settled all their claims/issues amicably and taken
possession of the subject Villa on 06.02.2023 under acknowledgment and

accordingly requested to close the complaint. He also filed the acknowledgement
duly signed by the Complainants along with the said Memo dated 13.02.2023.

The acknowledgement duly signed by the Complainants dated 06.02.2023

admitting that the Villa is fully complete and that they are satisfied with the same
and that the present complaint be withdrawn on the said ground is taken on record
and the present Complaint is disposed of in the above terms.
