The present complaint came up for hearing on 12.08.2025 before this Authority in the
presence of the Complainant and the Counsel of the Respondent. During the course of the
hearing, the Complainants submitted that the dispute raised in the complaint has been amicably
resolved between the parties.

In view of the submission made by the Complainants, indicating that the matter has

been settled mutually and that no further grievance survives for adjudication, the complaint
stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No further claims or disputes subsist between the parties, and the matter is accordingly

closed.
