The captioned matter filed by the Complainant above named came up for
hearing on 18.06.2024 before this Authority in the presence of the Complainant in
person and upon hearing the arguments, this Authority passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read
with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules,
2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) requesting appropriate action against
the Respondent.

The Complainant, on 18.05.2024 submitted a Memo stating as under:
“I, Mudrakartha Veenadhari filed Form M Complaint against Ragir Ritesh
and TG RERA registered the Complaint with CC No.64/2024/TGRERA.
In this connection, your Authority issued notice on 08.05.2024 and
directed me to represent before the Authority on 18.06.2024.

It is to inform that the Respondent is resolving the grievances. Therefore,
I am hereby withdrawing my Form M Complaint bearing CC
No.62/2024/TGRERA.”

In line of the above-mentioned Withdrawal Memo dated 18.05.2024 filed by

the Complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
