The present matter filed by the Complainant herein came up for hearing on
21.11.2024 before this Authority in the presence of Counsel for Complainant, Sri
C.V.L.N Murthy and Authorized Representative of the Respondents, appeared on
behalf of the Respondent Companies and after hearing the arguments, this Authority
passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed by the Complainant under Section 31

of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as
the “Act”) read with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) seeking appropriate
relief(s) against the Respondents.

The Complainant submitted a Memo dated 21.11.2024 submitting as under:
“It is submitted that the complaint has been filed questioning the illegal
cancellation of allotment letter dated 25.01.2024 and subsequent to filing

of the above case the parties settled their claim. As per the settlement,
the Complainant paid entire amount to the Respondents. Therefore, it is
prayed that this Hon’ble Authority may be pleased to close the complaint
since no orders are required in view of the settlement hence this memo.”

In view of the above Memo and the submissions made by both the parties on

21.11.2024, the present case is closed.
