The present complaint came up for hearing before this Authority in the presence of the
Complainant and the Counsel of Respondent No. 1 Adv. VVN Swamy, KSL Shiva Prasad and
Praveen Kumar Jain.

During the course of the hearing, the Complainant submitted a memo to withdraw the

said complaint, indicating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and
that the Complainant does not wish to pursue the matter any further and thus requested the
Authority to dismiss the matter.

In view of the submission made by the Complainants, indicating that the matter has

been settled mutually and that no further grievance survives for adjudication, the complaint
stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No further claims or disputes subsist between the parties, and the matter is accordingly

closed.
