The Complainant has filed the present Complaint under Section 31 of the Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, read with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, alleging contravention of the provisions of the said
Act and Rules by the Respondent.

The present complaint filed by the Complainant came up for hearing on 23.10.2025 before

this Authority. Neither the Complainant nor the Respondent appeared. The Complainant, however,
submitted a letter dated 30.09.2025 seeking permission to withdraw the complaint. The
complainant further stated that the Respondent, being the apartment owner/builder, has agreed to
fulfill all obligations necessary for the issuance of the Occupancy Certificate in respect of the
project named “Doctors Pride Apartment”, Manikonda, Hyderabad.

In view of the said letter filed by the complainant and considering the voluntary nature of
the request, this Authority permits the withdrawal of the complaint.

Accordingly, the present Complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn

No order as to costs.
