This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “RE(R&D) Act”) read with Rule 34(1)
of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred
to as the “Rules”) seeking appropriate relief(s) against the Respondent.

The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for
hearing on 25.03.2026 before this Authority. During the course of hearing, the counsel for the
Respondent filed a Memo, dated 25.03.2026, stating that the dispute between the Complainant
and the Respondent herein has been amicably resolved. It is submitted that the Respondent had
redressed the issues raised by the Complainant as such the parties have entered into a
Memorandum of Understanding on 13.03.2026 leaving no scope of dispute. The Respondent
has enclosed a copy of the aforementioned Memorandum of Understanding, registered sale
deed and mutation certificate evidencing the sale of subject property in favor of the
Complainant.

In view of the aforementioned memo and the submissions made by the Respondent
therein, the present complaint stands disposed of as closed.
4.
No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is
accordingly closed.
