The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for
hearing on 09.10.2025 before this Authority in the presence of the Complainant and the
Respondent, and upon hearing the submissions, this Authority proceeds to pass the following
ORDER:

This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as
the “Rules”) seeking appropriate action against the Respondent.

On 09.10.2025, both the parties appeared before this Authority and stated that the

grievance raised in the complaint has been redressed. The Complainant has also filed a memo
to that effect, stating that the subject matter has been amicably settled between the parties and

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal memo and the submissions made by the

parties, the present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is

accordingly closed.
