The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for
hearing before this Authority in the presence of the Complainant and the Legal Counsel for the
Respondent, and upon hearing the submissions, this Authority proceeds to pass the following
ORDER:

This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as
the “Rules”) seeking appropriate action against the Respondent.

The Complainant has filed a memo dated 07.01.2026, seeking withdrawal of the present

Complaint. It is submitted that the Respondent has agreed to and had followed through with
the resolution of the issues raised in the Complaint. Specifically, the complainant has received
the Occupancy Certificate and the builder has executed the sale deed in the complainant’s name
and allocated the basement parking as requested with peaceful possession, The Complainant

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal memo and the submissions made by the

Complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is

accordingly closed.
