The present complaint was filed on 26.07.2022 and registered as
complaint no. 440/2022/TRERA. The complaint was called for a hearing on
24.08.2023, and 19.10.2023. Subsequently on the date of hearing the
Complainant stated before the court that the matter in question has been
resolved as the Respondent has registered the Project. As a result, the
complainant has chosen not to continue in pursuing the complaint. In
consideration of the submission put forth by the Complainant, it is hereby
declared that the matter is deemed to be concluded. Hence, disposed.
