The present complaint was filed on 25.05.2023 and registered as complaint
no. 406/2023/TRERA. The complaint was called for a hearing on
11.10.2023, but no one appeared on behalf of either of the parties.
Subsequently, it was rescheduled for 09.11.2023. During this period, the
Authority received an application in which the complainant requested
withdrawal of the complaint, as per the letter dated 30.10.2023. In light of
the withdrawn application, the matter is dismissed.
