The present complaint came up for hearing on 09.09.2025 before this Authority in the
presence of the Complainant (Online) and the Assistant General Manager (Legal), Mr. Bh.
Sharath of the Respondent.

During the course of the hearing, the Respondent filed a memo stating that the issue

raised by the Complainant had been resolved on 06.08.2025. The Complainant confirmed and
agreed to the same.

In view of the submission made by the Complainant and Respondent, indicating that

the matter has been resolved and that no further grievance survives for adjudication, the
complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
4.

No further claims or disputes subsist between the parties, and the matter is accordingly

closed.
