The Complainant has filed complaint under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "RE (R&D) Act"), read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the
"Rules"), alleging commission of violation of the said Act and Rules and sought for the appropriate
reliefs against the Respondents.

The captioned complainant was scheduled for a hearing on 06.03.2025 before this Authority.

However, no representations were made by either party. The complainant, through a letter dated
20.02.2025, has requested the withdrawal of the complaint, stating that the dispute has been amicably
resolved to his satisfaction by the respondent.

In view of the submission made by the Complainant letter dated on 20.02.2025, this Authority

deems it appropriate to allow the withdrawal of the complaint.
4.

In view of the aforementioned submission made by the Complainant on 20.02.2025, the present

complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
