The present matter filed by the Complainant herein came up for hearing on
30.08.2023, 05.10.2023 and 07.11.2023 before this Authority in the presence of
the Complainant in person, and Authorized Representative of the Respondent No.1
Company and none for Respondent No.2, and upon hearing the arguments of both
the parties, this Authority passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read
with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules,
2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) requesting appropriate action against
the Respondent Builder wherein he prayed to direct the Respondent to refund the
amounts paid towards the purchase of the plot No.128 in “Fortune Paradise” at
Maheshwaram and damages caused to him during the course of transactions with
the Respondent No.1 Builder and the Respondent No.2 Marketing Company.

The parties were heard, and the Respondent brought to the notice of this

Authority, letter dated 07.12.2022, wherein the Complainant withdrew the
Complaint on the ground that the issue stands amicably settled to the satisfaction
of the Complainant. Further, that there is no shortfall or deficiency of services on
part

of

the

Respondents

and

thereby

withdraws

the

present

Complaint

unconditionally. The same is taken on record and the matter is disposed of the said
terms.
