The Complainant has filed the present Complaint under Section 31 of the Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, read with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, alleging contravention of the provisions of the
said Act and Rules by the Respondent.

On 11.09.2025, the Complainant submitted a Memo dated 11.09.2025 seeking permission

to withdraw the present complaint. It is stated that, upon due deliberation between both parties,
an understanding has been reached whereby the Complainant agreed to accept an alternative
plot in lieu of the originally allotted plot, and the Respondent accepted the said same and
accordingly executed and registered the alternative plot in favour of the Complainant.

In view thereof, the Complainant, being satisfied with the action of the Respondent, has

expressed the intention to withdraw the present complaint.

In view of the said Memo and the voluntary nature of the request, the Authority permits

the withdrawal of the complaint.

Accordingly, the present Complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn

No order as to costs.
