ORDER
The present complaint has been filed under section 31 of the Real Estate
(Regulation and Development)Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”)
read with rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) for double
registration of the plot purchased by the Complainant dated.18.03.2023.
A. Facts of the Complaint:
1. The Complainant has made the following submissions in the
complaint:
a. That Complainant purchased 200 sq. yards of land in Yadadridist
on 19.02.2016 from the Managing Director Nagareddygari Murali
Mohan Reddy of Sudhakar Properties Pvt Ltd.
b. That the Respondent, had double registered the purchased land on
18.03.2019 to Sri Bandi Venkata Mahesh.

B. Hearing Conducted:
I.
On the 2nd of August 2023, a hearing was convened. During this
hearing, the Complainant stated before the court that the matter in
question has been amicably resolved as the Respondent cancelled the
second registration and hence, the first registration is restored.As a
result, the Complainant has chosen not to continue in pursuing the
Complaint.
II.
In consideration of the submission put forth by the Complainant, it is
hereby declared that the matter is deemed concluded. Hence disposed.
III.
If aggrieved by this Order, the parties may approach the TS Real Estate
Appellate Tribunal (vide G.O Ms.no.8, dt 11.01.2018, the Telanagana
State Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal has been designated as TS
Real Estate Appellate Tribunal to manage the affairs under the Act till the
regular Tribunal is established) within 60 days from the receipt of this
Order.
IV.
The case file shall be duly archived within the Registry for record-keeping
purposes.
