The Complainants filed the present complaint under Section 31 of the Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, read with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, alleging contraventions of the provisions of the said
Act and Rules by the Respondent.

On 04.04.2025, the Complainants submitted a letter dated 01.04.2025 requesting

permission to withdraw the complaint, stating that they are in the process of selling their
residential flat bearing No. C-315, Green Valley Apartments, Kondapur, and do not wish to
pursue the matter further before this Authority.
3.

In view of the said letter and the voluntary nature of the request, the Authority permits

the withdrawal of the complaint.
4.

Accordingly, the present Complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn

5.

No order as to costs.
