This present Complaint came up for hearing on 20.02.2025 before us in the presence of
Complainant in person along with Mr. Sunder Kanaparthy, Counsel for the Complainant and the
Respondents appeared in person. After taking into consideration the submission made by the
Complainant, this Authority passes the present order:
2. The Complainant has filed complaint on hand under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation
and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "RE (R&D) Act"), read with Rule
34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter
referred to as the "Rules"), alleging commission of violation of the said Act and Rules and
sought for the appropriate reliefs against the Respondents.
3. On 20.02.2025, the Complainant submitted a Memo to withdraw the Complaint indicating that
the matter has been settled and requested the Authority to dismiss the matter.
4. In view of the aforementioned submission made by the Complainant on 20.02.2025, the

present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
