The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for
hearing on 16.10.2025 before this Authority in the presence of the Complainant and the
Counsel for the Respondent, and upon hearing the submissions, this Authority proceeds to pass
the following ORDER:

This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as
the “Rules”) seeking appropriate action against the Respondent.

On 13.10.2025, the Complainant submitted a memo to withdraw the said complaint

indicating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and that the
Complainant does not wish to pursue the matter any further and thus requested the Authority
to dismiss the matter.

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal memo and the submissions made by the

Complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is

accordingly closed.
