The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for
hearing before this Authority in the presence of the Complainant in person, and the
representatives of the Respondent, and upon hearing the submissions of both the parties, this
Authority proceeds to pass the following ORDER:

This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “RE(R&D) Act”) read with Rule 34(1)
of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred
to as the “Rules”) seeking appropriate action against the Respondent.

The Complainant had filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the present Complaint. It is

submitted therein that the Complainant and the Respondent have mutually agreed and accepted
to settle the matter amicably. The Complainant has further stated that the dispute between the
parties has been resolved and that the Respondent has agreed to hand over the last tranche of
the settled amount in the presence of this Hon’ble Authority. Accordingly, the Complainant has
expressed her intention not to pursue the present Complaint any further and has requested this
Authority to permit withdrawal of the Complaint.

On 08.01.2026, the withdrawal memo was submitted before this Authority and the

Respondent had handed over a Demand Draft for an amount of ₹6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs
only) to the Complainant towards final payment, which had been accepted by the Complainant.

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal memo and the submissions made by the

Complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is

accordingly closed.
