The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for
hearing on 15.07.2025 before this Authority in the presence of the Complainant in person, and
the representatives of the Respondent, and upon hearing the submissions of both the parties,
this Authority proceeds to pass the following ORDER:

This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as
the “Rules”) seeking appropriate action against the Respondent.

On 15.07.2025, the Complainant submitted a memo to withdraw the said complaint

indicating that the matter has been amicably settled and that the relief sought in the complaint
has been met and thus requested the Authority to dismiss the matter.

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal memo and the submissions made by the

Complainant on 15.07.2025, the present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is accordingly

closed.
