This matter was taken up for hearing before this Authority on
19.12.2024, with the complainant represented by his counsel, Mr Ch. Brahma
Krishna. Respondent No. 1 was represented by counsel Sri Muppu Ravinder
Reddy, and Respondent No. 2 was represented by counsel Mr P Sai Shakti
Rao. Upon this Complaint coming up for orders on this day, this Authority
passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real
Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, seeking
relief against the Respondents.

However, on 19.12.2024 the complainant submitted a memo stating
that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled out of the court
and requested permission to withdraw the present Complaint. The said memo
is taken on record.

In view of the above, the Complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
