The present complaint, filed by the Complainant, was taken up for hearing
before this Authority on 28th March 2025. The hearing was conducted in the
presence of Counsel G. Ravi Kumar Reddy, representing the Complainant, and
Counsel Rusheek Reddy, representing the Respondent. Upon perusal of the available
records and submissions advanced by both parties, this Authority proceeds to pass
the following ORDER:

The complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation

and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "RE(R&D) Act"), read with
Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). The Complainant are seeking directions from
this Authority to take action against the Respondents.
3. The above-captioned matter was heard on 27th February 2025, wherein the
parties stated at the bar that the matter is being settled and that a withdrawal memo
would be filed by the next date. On 27th March 2025, when the matter came up for
hearing, the Complainant placed on record a letter of withdrawal, confirming that the
matter had been settled.

In view of the aforesaid, and considering the Withdrawal Letter dated 4th

March 2025, the present complaint stands disposed of as settled.
