This matter was taken up for hearing before this Authority on
24.01.2025, with the complainant represented by its counsel Mr. Drupad
Sangwan. Respondents No. 1 and 2 were represented by their counsel, Mr P.
Soma Shekhar Reddy and Respondents No. 3 and 4 were present in person.
Upon this Complaint coming up for orders on this day, this Authority passes
the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real
Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, seeking
relief against the Respondents.

However, on 24.01.2025, the complainant and respondents jointly
submitted a memo stating that they had come to an amicable settlement
outside the court and requested permission to withdraw the present
Complaint. The said memo is taken on record.

In view of the above, the Complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
