Aditya Mansion, Plot No. 29/A, Road No.5, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500081
…Respondent
The Complainant has filed complaint on hand under Section 31 of the Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "RE(R&D) Act"), read
with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), alleging commission of violation and contravening of
the provisions of the said Act and Rules and sought for the appropriate reliefs against the
Respondent.
2.
The matter was listed before this Authority on 22.04.2025. The Complainant appeared
in person and the Respondent was represented through learned Counsel, Sri Srinivas Achanta
and Smt. Aruna Kumari.
3.
During the course of proceedings, it was brought to the notice of the Authority that both
parties had mutually executed a Settlement Memo dated 26.03.2025, in terms of which certain
works were to be completed by the Respondent.
4.
Upon perusal of the records and hearing the submissions of the parties, it was noted that
although the Settlement Memo was filed earlier, the Complainant had submitted that
compliance with respect to certain works was still pending. Consequently, the Authority, vide
its interim direction, had granted time to the Respondent to ensure full compliance with the
terms of the Settlement Memo.
5.
On the next date of hearing, i.e., 22.04.2025, both the Complainant and the Respondent
appeared, submitted that the agreed works had been duly completed and that the Complainant
had no further grievance.
6.
In view of the Settlement Memo dated 26.03.2025 and the submissions made by the
Complainant, the Authority is satisfied that the dispute between the parties has been amicably
resolved.
7.
Accordingly, the present Complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
