COMMON ORDER
The present complaints have been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “the RE(R&D) Act”),

Subsequent to the matter being reserved for orders, the Complainant and the

Respondent have jointly filed a Memo on 21.06.2025, enclosing therewith a duly executed
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 17.06.2025, indicating that the disputes
between the parties have been amicably resolved and no further adjudication is sought.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and the joint memo placed on

record, no claims or contentions remain to be adjudicated between the parties in the present
proceedings, and accordingly, the complaints stand disposed of in view of the settlement.
