The captioned matter filed by the Complainant above named came up for hearing
on 01.05.2024, 11.06.2024 and 25.06.2024 before this Authority in the presence of the
Complainant in person and Authorized Representative of the Respondent Company, and
upon hearing the arguments, this Authority passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) read with
Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) seeking appropriate reliefs against the Respondent
Company.

This Authority is in receipt of trail e-mail dated 30.06.2024 issued by the

Complainant to the Respondent, wherein the Complainant has acknowledged that the
rectification work of water seepage in the flat has been rectified by the Respondent to the
satisfaction of the Complainant. As the reliefs prayed for by the Complainant have now
been complied with by the Respondent, there lies no lis between the parties. Therefore,
the said e-mail is taken on record and in line of the same, the present complaint is
disposed of.
