The present matter filed by the Complainant herein came up for hearing on
01.05.2024 and 11.06.2024 before this Authority and none appeared for
Complainants and the Respondents and, this Authority passes the following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed by the Complainant under Section 31

of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 read with Rule (hereinafter
referred to as the “Act”) read with Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation
and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) requesting
appropriate action against the Respondents.

Notices dated 18.04.2024 were issued to the parties as per address provided

by the Complainant which were received by the parties for hearing on 01.05.2024.
Despite receipt of notices, both parties were absent on 01.05.2024. Subsequently,
fresh notices were issued to the parties for hearing on 11.06.2024, which were duly
delivered, however, both parties again failed to appear.

This Authority observes that enough opportunities have been afforded to the

Complainant to appear and submit before this Authority. Given the Complainant's
consistent absence, it is apparent that the Complainant does not seek to pursue the
matter. In lieu thereof, the present Complaint stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

If aggrieved by this Order, the parties may approach the TS Real Estate

Appellate Tribunal within 60 days from the date of receipt of this Order.
