On 06.11.2025, the Complainant submitted a Withdrawal Memo seeking to permit this

Authority to withdraw her complaint. Subsequently, the matter was posted on 25.11.2025 before
this Authority in the presence of the learned counsel for the Complainants and the Respondents
both parties have mutually and amicably resolved all their disputes and differences outside the
purview.

In view of the above settlement and the voluntary nature of the request made by the

Complainant, this Authority permits the Complainants to withdraw the present Complaint.

Accordingly, the present Complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.
