This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “RE(R&D) Act”) read with Rule 34(1)
of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred
to as the “Rules”) seeking relief for refund of the amount paid by the Complainant and so also
to pass suitable orders against the Respondents.
2. The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for hearing
on 26.03.2026 before this Authority in the absence of the Complainant and in the presence of
the Respondent.

While so, the Complainant had earlier filed a memo dated 20.12.2025, seeking

withdrawal of the present Complaint, on the grounds that he and the Respondent have settled
the matter amicably, and that the Respondent has issued cheques towards refund of the amount
and the said cheque amounts were released.

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal memo and the submissions made by the

Complainant therein, the present complaint is permitted to be withdrawn by the Complainant,
and accordingly, the case stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter is

accordingly closed.
