This Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “RE(R&D) Act”) read with Rule 34(1)
of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred
to as the “Rules”) seeking relief to direct the Respondent to permit resale/assignment of the
subject flat and to pass suitable orders against the Respondent for the alleged acts and
omissions.
2. The present matter filed by the Complainant mentioned herein above came up for hearing
on 26.03.2026 before this Authority. However, there was no representation on behalf of either
the Complainant or the Respondent.
3. While so, the Complainant had filed a memo dated 15.12.2025, seeking withdrawal of the
present Complaint, on the grounds that the Respondent has settled the issue by effecting change
of name in favour of the new buyer and that the matter has been amicably resolved between
the parties.
