This present Complaint came up for hearing on 25.07.2025 before us in the presence of
J. Bhasker Goud, Counsel for the Complainant and K. Mahit Reddy, Counsel for the
Respondent present in person. After taking into consideration the submission made by the
parties, this Authority passes the present ORDER:

The Complainant has filed complaint under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation

and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "RE (R&D) Act"), read with Rule
34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter

reliefs

against

the

Respondent.

Subsequently, on 25.07.2025, the Complainant filed a Memo before this Authority

stating that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved, and that the grievance
raised in the complaint has been addressed by the Respondent to the satisfaction of the
Complainants.

In view of the aforementioned submission made by the Complainant on 25.07.2025,

the present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn on account of amicable settlement
arrived.
