The present Complaint, filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation &
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") read with Rule 34(1) of
the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter
referred to as the "Rules"), came up before us on 14.02.2025.Counsel Drupad
Sangwan for the Complainant and Counsel A.V Sravan Kumar for the Respondents.
After hearing the submissions of both parties, the Authority proceeds to pass the
following order:

The Complainant and Respondent submitted a Joint memo dated 12.02.2025,

along with a settlement agreement dated 11.02.2025, indicating that the matter has
been amicably settled between the parties.

In view of the aforementioned settlement agreement and the submissions

made by both parties on 14.02.2025, the present complaint stands disposed of as
settled.
4.

No further claims or contentions subsist between the parties, and the matter

is accordingly closed.
